Training
Automated Logic – Houston provides top of the line training to all our customers for the life of the product. By design we offer a scaffold progression to it’s training courses. This allows the customer to be challenged as well as build on the knowledge from the previous classes.
Automated Logic – Houston is also an authorized CEU provider. By offering continuing education courses to the public, ALC - Houston customizes the learning experience to reach outside the normal boundaries of typical control dealers.

If you have any questions or suggestions feel free to contact us.
Training For The Future
Automated Logic - Houston has invested countless hours and dollars into developing a true to life training program. An extremely popular training tool are the seven foot tall eight foot wide diamond plated training boards. Fully functional these training boards allow the trainee a wide variety of scenarios to practice while in a controlled environment. Depending on the level of class a student’s responsibilities may range from setting PID loops as the fan literally maintains static pressure in the air handler duct to calibrating a differential pressure sensor on a chilled water loop.
Air Handler Board Chiller and Boiler Board

The value that a student obtains in these courses is immeasurable. These training tools as well as other ALC boards allow students to obtain knowledge quicker and in a format that brings the whole system experience into one classroom. When students are allowed the gift of using their hand tools in a trial and error environment, such as this, the return is enormous.

As well, all training boards are easy to network into one large system. The experience is only that much more inviting when the student is allowed to see
the link between assigning requests in WebCTRL to watching physical terminal units calling on their respected air handlers. And with anticipation the students look onward as they watch valves begin to operate as the chiller plant becomes active as a result of their work.
Automated Logic - Houston understands that network troubleshooting is essential to the training process as well. Created for it’s effectiveness, ALC-Houston designed a 54 module networking system that stretches more than 600 feet of wire. All while neatly displayed on an eight by seven foot display. This provides optimal conditions to begin troubleshooting CM-Net issues.
The ALC - Houston Training Facility

The ALC- Houston Training Facility is designed to offer a maxium
amount of hands on student involvement for a greater
understanding of the ALC product.
