Automated Logic Coroporation Acquires AERO Integrated Solutions, Inc.
Automated Logic Corporation (ALC), a leading provider of innovative building management solutions that maximize energy efficiency while ensuring occupant comfort, has acquired AERO Integrated Solutions, Inc. (AERO), an independent ALC controls contractor with offices in Glen Allen, Va. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Automated Logic Corp. is a subsidiary of Carrier Corp., a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).
AERO designs, installs and services building control systems for a wide range of customer segments, including schools, colleges and universities, governmentt and commercial offices, and data centers, throughout the state of Virginia. It has been an ALC dealer since 1989 and has enjoyed strong business growth, with a reputation for technology leadership and customer focus. AERO president Steve Loving and the firm's management team will continue in their respective roles.
