Automated Logic Corporation Expands Branch Operations into Canada

KENNESAW, Ga., Jan. 5, 2011 –Automated Logic Corporation (ALC), a leading provider of innovative control systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and energy management of buildings, has acquired T.A.C. Controls & Automation, Inc. (TAC), an independent ALC controls contractor with offices in Concord, Ontario, Canada. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Automated Logic Corp. is a subsidiary of Carrier Corp., a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).
