TURCK is a leading manufacturer of products designed for factory and process automation. While Turck World headquarters is located in Germany, Turck US headquarters is located in Plymouth, Minnesota.

Initially, the facility was installed with water source heat pumps, heating plant and cooling tower. The electric thermostats controlling the heat pumps were replaced with ddc controllers. The heating plant and cooling towers were controlled by ddc controllers based on zone demands and outside air temperatures conditions. A dedicated operator workstation allowed for scheduling, trending and monitoring of all HVAC systems. The dedicated work station was converted to WebCTRL gateway allowing any computer with a browser to connect into the system.
