United Health Group

The United Health Group facility is large customer service center with critical systems components for both 24/7 tenant use and data processing areas. With over 70 roof-mounted air handling systems, multiple terminal delivery system types, a complex central chiller plant and large UPS and power distribution system, the building operators needed flexible architecture and programming, intuitive graphical interface for control and command functions, multi-layered scheduling and excellent technical support and services.   Automated Logic's facility management and control system was installed to replace the existing automation system and expanded to provide more precise control of building systems.
