Hennepin County Government Center is Local Award Competitor for 2011 TOBY Award
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Greater Minneapolis is pleased to recognize Hennepin County Government Center as one of the competitors in The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) competition 2011.
The TOBY Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive award in the commercial real estate industry, honoring the best properties in 14 categories to recognize those the exemplify superior building quality and excellence in building management.
Participants are judged on the effectiveness of their overall management in various categories, including energy management systems, tenant/employee relations programs, emergency preparedness, community involement and other overall quality indicators.
Winners from among the local competitors will advance to the regional level and then onward to the international level.
