Automated Logic/Twin Cities supports our customers with scalable training classes to meet the skill level of building operation personnel.  We offer FREE Basic Operator Training. This free training demonstrates our commitment to our customer's investments.  Operators can be new users or more experienced coming back for a refresher to sharpen their skills will ensure optimum building performance.

In addition to our FREE classes, we offer several classes with operator workstations to provide more hands on and detailed interaction.  These classes are offered for a nominal fee.

All classes will be taught in the Windows environment using the latest release of WebCTRL for Windows. Prior computer experience using the Windows operating system is important. The attendee does not need to be an expert, but a basic understanding of the menu system and the ability to maneuver in Windows is required. 

The classroom environment at Automated Logic/Twin Cities is relaxed and teaching style will be of the open forum type where attendees are encouraged to ask questions. To maintain a high level of interaction, there will be a maximum of two people at each workstation. Class sizes are restricted to keep the instructor/student ratio as close as possible.

Please register 15 business days in advance of class date! 

Reservations with fees require payment in advance. We accept Visa and MasterCard or authorized Purchase Order for billing.

**  Current Service Contract customers receive a 15% discount off of all Class Fees **

Cancellation Policy – if pre-registered student cancels prior to 10 days of class date, a full refund will be provided, if prior to 5 days of class date, 50% refund will be provided, if less than 5 days, no refund will be provided.  Student substitutions are permitted to avoid cancellation penalties.

ALC Cancellation:  If ALC cancels class, enrolled students will be notified and paid students will be credited into another class date.

Minimum 5 students (subject to cancellation if less than 5), maximum of 8 students per class.
