Duties

A full-time position responsible for performing field technical duties for support services department projects; including assisting the Support Services Operations Manager and/or working independently under the direction of the Support Services Operations Manager in performing checkout, preventative maintenance, commissioning for assigned work, providing warranty service as directed, assist in providing any required owner training, and maintaining proper documentation

Qualifications

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent industry work experience and High School diploma.
  • Possess strong problem solving skills.
  • Possess strong communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in the use of E-Mail, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other directly related software.
  • Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
  • Possess and maintain valid and current Drivers License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
  • Willingness to travel in excess of 50% of typical work week, including occasional overnight hotel stays, and unexpected travel.
  • Must participate in 24 Hour Emergency Service program and assist emergency service contracted customers when scheduled.
