Reynolds Office Building

The office building at Reynolds Crossing West is a seven story office building with an open floor plan layout allowing for customized tenant build-outs and maximum use of space. Features an all glass facade with a spacious lobby that houses a two-story waterfall. The building architecture has already received awards for recognition in design.

Automated Logic's Part: The central water loop acts as the condenser portion of the building's 7 air handling units that serve each individual floor in both mechanical cooling as well as economizer mode. Each AHU is monitored and controlled via a third party interface and displayed through WebCTRL using custom graphics. The terminal equipment on all floors consists of both fan-powered and standard VAV units with electric reheat.
