UW Platteville
University of Wisconsin – Platteville, in southwest Wisconsin, provides higher education to nearly 8000 students. In 2008, a new three-story 108,500 square foot engineering building was built consisting of 33 Labs, 3 combination lab/classrooms, 8 classrooms, 6 computer labs, and student project space. In this building, Automated Logic systems control the chilled water system, hot water system, air handling units, fan coil units, VAVs and other miscellaneous HVAC equipment. BACnet/IP is used to integrate this building automation system into the existing campus-wide control system.
