Scope
Air Conditioning Control Systems (ACCS) is seeking a professional sales executive to promote the sales of energy services, lighting control and full building automation systems.
Duties
Work with consulting engineers to influence and promote the Automated Logic solution for the project specifications.
Develop a working relationship with bidding contractors and owners.
Estimate, bid and successfully close project sales.
Be able to attend job walks and provide a cost effective solution to the project requirements and customers needs.
Qualifications
3 years plus in building automation sales.
Must have the ability to understand and communicate effectively all system requirements and energy solutions for a complete building automation system.
Strong negotiating and estimating skill set.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Generate professional and complete project proposal scope letters.
