Technical Services Technician / BMS Programmer

Scope
Airco Automation is dedicated to serve and provide energy solutions to it’s customers through Automated Logic Corporation’s (ALC) building management system. We have been serving Northern California as an ALC dealer since 1992. Our main focus is building long term customer relations, going the extra mile and providing affordable building management solutions to our customers.
Duties
Common tasks will include installation and configuration of software and hardware, configuration of database clients and services, configuration of network devices, troubleshooting network connectivity and/or security configuring for access to Airco Automation installed ALC building management systems. Troubleshoot and repair existing ALC legacy and WebCTRL systems. Perform preventive maintenance on DDC systems. Ability to create &/or edit logic programs, graphics and databases in both WebCTRL and Supervision.
Qualifications
- 10 years HVAC controls experience
- Experience with Facilities Management,DataCenter infrastructure and building management systems preferred.
- Ability to setup and troubleshoot IP Networks
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematic drawings and technical manuals
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple activities with high attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of MS office and Windows, file structure, basic TCP/IP network structure and web navigation
- Knowledge of ALC products
- Strong leadership, customer service and communication (oral & written) skills
- Clean driving record required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with minimal directives to achieve goals
