Automated Logic Launches EnergyReports™
ATLANTA - Oct. 19, 2009 - Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) recently launched EnergyReports (ER), a reporting tool that allows a building’s energy consumption and demand data to be viewed graphically and used to monitor and compare energy performance. ER increases productivity for facility managers by utilizing ALC’s WebCTRL® trend data to visualize building performance, compare different periods and troubleshoot potential problem areas.

ER allows users to compare energy consumption or demand over different periods with simple drop-down menus and calendar control options. It uses WebCTRL’s trend data for electricity, gas, oil, steam, and chilled water to create color graphs representing the information.
ER is tightly integrated with ALC’s existing WebCTRL building automation system, providing easy and secure access to energy data via a browser. ER incorporates ALC’s Environmental Index, which directly measures occupant comfort, allowing a comparison with energy efficiency, a valuable tool in achieving sustainable building operations. "ALC’s Environmental Index can also help in earning the Indoor Environmental Quality point in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) certification process," added Kolb.
