KENNESAW, Ga., April 2, 2007 – Automated Logic Corp. (ALC) has acquired the business of Marietta Automated Systems, Inc. (Marietta), an ALC dealer serving the greater New York City marketplace. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Marietta designs, installs and services heating, ventilation and air conditioning control systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities in the New York City metropolitan area. It has been an ALC dealer since 1993. John H. Nardine will assume the role of president of the new ALC branch office. The remaining management team and employees will continue in their respective roles.
