RBC Centre’s leadership in energy reduction was recognized with a 2012 Race to Reduce Action & Innovation Award.

Royal Bank of Canada and Cadillac Fairview Corporation won in the ‘Building Team’ category for their work at 155 Wellington Street West in Toronto using these innovative systems such as: Sustainable Enwave Deep Lake Cooling System, Raised flooring for maximum HVAC distribution/energy conservation, Power conservation through indirect lighting/lighting sensors, all of which are controlled through WebCTRL Monitoring and Control installed by Automated Logic Canada.
