Calamos Investments Financial Center is designed as a state-of-the-art financial services company headquarters. The financial center is a seven-story structural steel building at 194,000 s.f. featuring a cable supported glass entry and raised access floors. The development also includes a two-story Annex building, a two-story parking structure for 613 vehicles, and a one-story retail building. The Annex is a structural steel frame providing employees dining and a Cafeteria/Conference Center. The parking garage is a prestressed precast structure with one level below grade. The lower level of the parking garage is connected to the main office building by a tunnel for vehicle and pedestrian access.
Calamos Real Estate’s state-of-the-art headquarters at 2020 Calamos Court in Naperville, IL is a testament to the firm’s ongoing commitment to innovation and the environment. Everything from the building’s green roof and use of natural daylight to the site’s storm water retention and erosion control features provide its employees and community an eco-friendly facility. Completed in 2005, it’s one of the first privately developed buildings in the Chicago area to be registered with the USGBC for LEED certification.
