Automated Logic Acquires Control Systems of Ohio and Control Systems of Michigan

KENNESAW, Ga. -

Automated Logic (ALC), a leading provider of innovative building-management solutions, has acquired CSO (Control Systems of Ohio and Control Systems of Michigan), an independent ALC controls contractor with offices in Akron and Sylvania, Ohio, and Southfield, Michigan. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  ALC is a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE:CARR), the leading global provider of healthy, safe, and sustainable building and cold chain solutions.

CSO provides building automation and energy management solutions for a wide range of customer segments including schools, colleges and universities, government and commercial offices, hospitality, and healthcare facilities throughout Northern Ohio and Michigan. In 2010, CSO became an Automated Logic dealer and has developed a reputation for technology leadership and superior customer satisfaction.
