Automated Logic, a leading provider of innovative building-management solutions, has acquired Logical Electrical Solutions Pty Ltd and Logical Service Solutions Pty Ltd (collectively “Logical Electrical & Service Solutions”), the independent Automated Logic controls contractor operating in the Australian Capital Territory. The acquisition expands Automated Logic’s footprint in building automation and controls in Australia.
