Automated Logic Honors Top Performing Field Offices of 2024

In recognition of outstanding performance, Automated Logic Corporation, a leading provider of innovative building management solutions, has named its Field Office of the Year and Project of the Year award winners at its annual 2025 distribution meeting. The three-day meeting was held in San Antonio, TX and included over 20 educational sessions and an awards dinner to recognize field offices for outstanding achievements in 2024. More than 150 awards were given to partners to recognize sales performance and years of service.
Control Service Company (CSC), a long-standing ALC dealer based in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, earned the prestigious North American Field Office of the Year award. Their consistent sales growth and expanding market share over their 35+ years as an ALC dealer demonstrate exceptional performance. CSC’s commitment to first-class service, support, and training has fostered long-term relationships, fueling their growth and reputation. Chubb Systems Private Limited, based in Bengaluru, India received the International Dealer of the Year award. Despite post pandemic commercial real estate challenges, Chubb has achieved sustained growth, demonstrating their continued loyalty to the Automated Logic brand through regular customer events, proactive marketing efforts, and collaboration.

Automated Logic’s prestigious North American Project of the Year award went to Gulf States Automation and Automated Logic Great Lakes for their collaborative work at a large manufacturing plant located in Alabama. The WebCTRL® building automation system is being used to manage a wide range of building systems at the plant, including a 15,000-ton chilled water plant, rooftop units, heat exchangers, VAVs, fan coils and more.
“This award means a great deal to us. This project was one of our largest and most complex installations, and our team rose to the challenge. Automated Logic in Queensland, Australia, was recognized for International Project of the Year for providing the WebCTRL building automation system at a high-rise commercial office building in Brisbane, Australia. By understanding the challenges of the project and the customer needs, a highly integrated BMS retrofit of the 40-story building was completed without any operational disruption.
