Automated Logic Expands Sales Territory for Long-Standing Dealer in Washington

KENNESAW, Ga. -

Automated Logic Corporation (ALC), a leading provider of innovative building automation systems, has expanded the sales territory for long-standing dealer Standard Plumbing Heating Controls (SPHC), based in Spokane, Washington. The extended territory for SPHC now includes the entire state of Montana. This is in addition to their present territories in western Washington and northern Idaho. ALC is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

SPHC has been a devoted ALC dealer for over 25 years and has proven they have the drive and experience to handle the additional territory. In fact, out of 150 globally authorized dealers, SPHC was chosen to receive a top sales growth award at the annual ALC distribution meeting in New Orleans earlier this year.

“We’re very proud to be able to expand our territory and introduce potential new customers to Automated Logic’s building automation solutions,” says Bryan Johnson, vice president, SPHC. “Automated Logic’s WebCTRL® system is a powerful web-based building automation platform with software tools that help facility managers keep occupants comfortable, manage energy conservation measures, identify key operational problems and analyze the results. With these capabilities and more, facility managers can configure, network and manage their building controllers systems in ways that best serve their operating needs and budget.”

“We’re pleased to have SPHC as part of the Automated Logic family and are thrilled to have them diversify into new areas and expand their customer base into Montana,” says Larry Bacher, regional sales manager, Automated Logic. “It’s a logical expansion that allows us to combine the strengths of our products with the strong, local presence of SPHC to deliver complete building automation solutions to our Montana customers."

As a turnkey provider of building automation and controls, SPHC delivers advanced building solutions to match the unique needs of each customer. This expansion will provide Montana residents the proven experience that SPHC offers along with the advanced technology that Automated Logic provides.

In supporting the state of Montana, SPHC’s newest office is located in Helena. Automated Logic looks forward to continuing to work with SPHC and this new opportunity in Montana Big Sky Country®.
