Automated Logic Honors Radius Systems and Sunbelt Controls as Top Performing Field Offices

KENNESAW, Ga. -

Automated Logic Corporation (ALC), a leading provider of innovative building automation systems, recognized Radius Systems LLC as Field Office of the Year and Sunbelt Controls for Project of the Year at its annual distribution meeting. ALC is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

Over 300 dealers from across the globe were represented at the 29th annual meeting, held this year in San Diego. Events included educational sessions, networking opportunities and an awards banquet to recognize field offices for outstanding achievement. More than 70 awards were given to dealers for milestones including service, sales growth and Quota Busters.

Radius Systems, based in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania took top honors with Field Office of the Year.

ALC’s next most prestigious award, Project of the Year, went to Sunbelt Controls, which has offices throughout California, Nevada and the Pacific Northwest. Sunbelt Controls installed the WebCTRL® building automation system to monitor and control heating, ventilating and air-conditioning equipment in the new Wilshire Grand Center in downtown Los Angeles. The 73-story skyscraper will host the 900-room InterContinental Hotel, cutting-edge restaurants, businesses and attractive nightlife offerings. This building will be the tallest structure on the Los Angeles skyline.

This year’s meeting began with the president’s address by Mead Rusert, “Investing for Growth.” Bill Lasseigne, vice president of distribution, also spoke, focusing on “Laying the Foundation for Repeatable Success.”
