Requirements:
WebCTRL System
- v9.0 or later (or Cloud) with the latest cumulative patch applied
- v8.5 or later with the latest cumulative patch applied for LDAP/AD
Add-On Files & Licenses
- 2 different add-on files - one for LDAP/AD integration, and one for OIDC or SAML 2.0 integration
- Two licenses are included with your LDAP/AD or SSO add-on purchase, allowing for flexible integration.
System Configuration
- Regular system backups to include add-on data
- Adequate disk space to store add-on data
- Configure the SSO or LDAP/AD add-on in SiteBuilder after installation
- Follow the SSO technical instructions for your desired integration
