“In response to our customers’ needs, we are proud to announce that we have opened a new training facility near our main campus here in Kennesaw, Georgia,” said Mead Rusert, president, Automated Logic. “Whether you are an Automated Logic dealer that installs our systems, or you are an owner or operator of the WebCTRL system, our comprehensive training programs provide the skills to engineer, install, commission, troubleshoot and operate our building automation system effectively. It’s an added bonus that our end-user customers can train right alongside our dealers.”

The new customer-focused facility is equipped with the WebCTRL® building automation system, where students receive hands-on experience with the software, controls and peripherals that make up the system. Nearly 3,000 Automated Logic customers are trained on the WebCTRL system each year through in-person or virtual classrooms, self-paced video training and onsite trainings at their locations.

The new facility is also equipped with a multi-purpose room for smaller classes, a recording studio for creating online content, office space for the BASU faculty and staff, and is home to BAS University’s virtual wall. The virtual wall, which includes live controllers and peripherals, allows students to interact with a real WebCTRL system via the internet while taking online courses.
