DATABANK
DataBank is a leading U.S. data center provider, delivering secure, reliable space and power to customers across more than 20 markets nationwide. Supporting mission‑critical operations means DataBank must move fast—bringing new capacity online quickly while maintaining strict uptime, visibility, and SLA requirements.
To meet those demands, DataBank partners with Logical Solutions (LSI), a factory‑authorized Automated Logic dealer with decades of experience in mission‑critical facilities. For more than 20 years, LSI has helped DataBank design, deploy, and support building automation solutions across 28 data centers in eight major markets, including the DFW3 and DFW8 facilities in Plano, Texas.
At the core of DataBank’s operations is Automated Logic’s WebCTRL® building automation system, delivering centralized monitoring, control, and alarming across both HVAC and electrical systems. WebCTRL provides end‑to‑end visibility—from humidifiers and CRAH units to air‑cooled chillers, and from utility transformers down to individual power distribution circuits.
Designed for ease of use, WebCTRL empowers DataBank’s operations teams to quickly access data, respond to critical events, and trend performance with minimal training. Real‑time alarming and historical data help DataBank maintain uptime, optimize performance, and stay within customer SLA requirements.
DataBank also leverages Nlyte DCIM software, integrated seamlessly with WebCTRL, to support electrical capacity planning and customer billing. Together, these platforms give DataBank full ownership of their systems—including graphics, programming, and engineering tools—allowing their teams to operate efficiently, remain self‑sufficient, and adapt quickly as needs evolve.
The result is a scalable, user‑friendly solution that supports DataBank’s speed‑to‑market goals while delivering the reliability and insight required for modern, mission‑critical data centers.
